Rod Underdown has extensive work experience in finance and corporate secretary roles. Rod started their career as an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen in 1988 and worked there until 1997. Rod then joined Compass Minerals as their CFO and Corporate Secretary, a position they held from 1997 to 2014. Rod returned to Compass Minerals in 2015 as a former CFO and Corporate Secretary.
Rod Underdown earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Southwest Baptist University, which they attended from 1984 to 1988.
