Micah Callahan

Micah Callahan is a skilled professional with extensive experience in information technology and a strong background in music. Currently serving as a Technical Alignment Manager at CompassMSP since December 2019, Micah has progressed from Service Desk Associate I to Service Desk Associate II. Prior experience includes an Information Technology Summer Internship at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, contributing to the Lean-Agile team. Micah holds an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology - Security from Florida State College at Jacksonville, a Master of Music degree in Voice from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor of Music degree in Voice Performance from Stetson University.
