Alan Carpilovsky

Alan Carpilovsky is a Senior Full-stack Engineer at Compass Pathways, where responsibilities include evolving an in-house Learning Management System into a production-ready state, enhancing database structures, and implementing custom authorization flows with AWS tools. Prior experience includes a role as a Front-end Engineer at Habito, where customer-facing applications were developed, and a position as a Software Engineer at VTEX, contributing to the architecture of a new Content Management System and creating various tools for non-technical users. Alan also served as a Computer Programming Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Alan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the same university and has additional language education from Escola Modelo de Língua Japonesa do Rio de Janeiro, Cultura Inglesa, and CCAA.
