Jessika Bade

Jessika Bade currently serves as an Intervention, Culture, MTSS, and Grade Team Leader at Compass Rose Public Schools since October 2023, focusing on push-in support and real-time coaching. Jessika is also the Small Business Owner of Wanderlust Travel Agency since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Testing Coordinator and Dean of Culture at KIPP Texas Public Schools, where responsibilities included campus testing coordination, test security monitoring, and the development of restorative campus culture. Jessika has also worked as Course Lead and Blended Learning Spaces Teacher at IDEA Public Schools, Lead Preschool Teacher at Mi Casa Child Center, and Child Development Specialist at Nueces County Community Action Agency. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Texas A&M University-Kingsville, as well as an Associate of Arts from Del Mar College.
