Tony Rhoton

Tony Rhoton has over 17 years of experience in talent acquisition. Tony started their career at Bank of America, where they held various roles, including Vice President of Staffing. During their time there, they designed and implemented staffing strategies for multiple business units, resulting in increased revenue and decreased attrition rates.

After leaving Bank of America, Rhoton joined Accenture as a Talent Acquisition Executive, where they focused on defining and implementing TA guiding principles and strategies for key business units in the financial services sector. Tony also led initiatives for process design and continuous improvement.

Rhoton then joined Compass Group USA as Director of Talent Acquisition, where they led the recruiting function and implemented talent acquisition strategies for multiple sectors, generating over $1 billion in revenue. Tony later became the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, responsible for the talent acquisition strategy and execution for Compass One Healthcare and Compass Group USA Corporate Headquarters.

Currently, Rhoton holds the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Compass Group USA. In this role, they oversee talent acquisition initiatives for the company and is responsible for attracting top talent.
