Ashlin Bean

Ashlin Bean is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management within the real estate and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Compass since October 2018, Ashlin has held several key positions including Associate Regional Manager for the Agent Experience Team and Senior Agent Success Manager. Prior to this role, Ashlin spent almost a decade at Apple from June 2009 to October 2018, taking on various roles such as Schedule Planner, Genius Administrator, and Operations Lead. Additionally, Ashlin operated as a freelance photographer from September 2006 to September 2009. Ashlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Photography from East Texas A&M University, earned in 2006.
