Gregg Haft

Gregg Haft is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment sales and real estate. Currently serving as an Investment Sales Specialist at Compass since 2019, Gregg provides comprehensive guidance on investment and commercial real estate opportunities. As the Founder and CEO of Haft Real Estate Investment Services LLC, also established in 2019, Gregg leads initiatives focused on multi-family and industrial property investments, as well as bridge loan and hard money lending. Prior to these roles, Gregg founded and presided over HIA Brands, LLC, managing all business aspects related to licensed Snuggle branded home textile products, and previously launched Fayette Consulting, LLC, specializing in the home textile industry. Additionally, Gregg held leadership positions at Haywin Textile Products Inc., overseeing operations, finance, and marketing while negotiating significant licensing agreements. Educational qualifications include a BS in Economics and Finance from Queens College, complemented by studies at NYU School of Business.
