Neda Navab

Neda Navab is currently serving as the President for both the U.S. Region and East Region at Compass. Prior to this, Neda held various leadership roles at companies such as Enjoy Technology, Inc., Box, and McKinsey & Company. Neda also worked at TechnoServe where Neda designed and launched a women's business accelerator for high potential Rwandan entrepreneurs. Neda holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia College, Columbia University.
