Ugo Di Girolamo

Ugo Di Girolamo has extensive experience in software engineering and technology leadership, co-founding and serving as a Software Engineer at Compass since October 2012. Prior positions include Lead Engineer at Twitter Inc. from September 2011 to September 2012, and co-founding Julpan Inc. while working as a Software Engineer from April 2010 to September 2011. Ugo's career also includes a software engineering role at Google from November 2006 to April 2010 and a Systems Engineer position at GE Security, where responsibilities included leading efforts for next-generation CT reconstruction technology from December 2000 to November 2006. Early in the career, Ugo contributed as an Algorithm Engineer at InVision Tech from 2000 to 2004. Ugo holds a Laurea and MS in Aeronautical Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma, completed between 1992 and 1998.
