Aleksandra Lekszycka currently serves as the Campaigns Manager for Compassion in World Farming, focusing on ending the cage age in the EU through extensive campaign management and coalition coordination. Previous experience includes serving as a Community Leader at Startup Grind Lisbon, where Aleksandra organized events to support the entrepreneurial community, and as a Campaigns Project Manager at Purpose Climate Lab, leading climate-focused initiatives across EMEA. Aleksandra has also held positions in project management, event organization, and creative roles, showcasing a strong background in campaign strategy, team leadership, and visual communication. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Innovation, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from Grenoble Ecole de Management, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Graphics from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology and an International Baccalaureate diploma.

Compassion in World Farming was founded in 1967 by a British farmer who became horrified by the development of modern, intensive factory farming. Today we campaign peacefully to end all cruel factory farming practices. We believe that the biggest cause of cruelty on the planet deserves a focused, specialised approach – so we only work on farm animal welfare.
