Cathy A. Lyons

Cathy A. Lyons is a seasoned professional in organization development and human resources with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Principal Organization Development Specialist at Compassion International since 2022, Cathy previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Roehm America LLC from 2019 to 2021, following roles at Evonik as Human Resources Director and Region HR Business Partner for North America.
