Cole Flikkema

Cole Flikkema is a Digital Production Specialist at Compassion International since January 2019, focusing on custom variable printing, mailing, and HTML email preparation for various campaigns. Prior to this role, Cole served as a Youth Pastor at Livingston Christian Center, leading a team to engage youth in spiritual growth and coordinating events. Additional experience includes customer advocacy at PFL.com, event setup at Des Moines Marriott Downtown, and a temporary HR assistant position at the American Red Cross assisting with payroll and HR system overhauls. Cole also has experience in campus mail services at Southwestern Assemblies of God University and started as a media assistant at Three Forks Saddlery. Education includes a degree from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and a certificate in Live Sound Reinforcement from South Plains College.
