Switzer Peter Rogers

Switzer Peter Rogers is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and people systems. Currently serving as Senior Director of Compensation, Benefits, and People Systems at Compassion International since June 2014, Switzer oversees global compensation, benefits, payroll, mobility, and analytics. Previous roles include Senior Director of People Systems & Solutions and multiple positions at Itron from 2007 to 2014, where responsibilities encompassed compensation and HR systems. Additionally, Switzer held various compensation and HR roles at Telect, Inc. from 1999 to 2007. Academically, Switzer holds a BA in Psychology from Whitworth University and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Washington University, complemented by studies at the University of Puget Sound.
