John Gasner

John Gasner currently serves as the Manager of Credit Risk at Compeer Financial, where responsibilities include developing and supporting a high-performing team of Credit Officers and designing policies and procedures to meet organizational goals. Previously, as a Principal Credit Officer, John managed a high-risk asset portfolio, making critical credit decisions for various loan requests. John's prior experience also includes serving as an Agricultural Program Specialist, Senior at the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, providing financial analyses and consulting for farms. Early in the career, John held multiple roles at John Deere Financial, including Training & Development Associate and Customer Service Supervisor, focusing on employee training and customer service excellence. Academically, John holds an M.B.A. in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
