Noah Callahan-Bever

Noah Callahan-Bever is an accomplished media executive and entrepreneur with a robust background in content creation and management. Currently serving as Chief Content Officer at Complex NTWRK since March 2024, Noah founded IDEA GENERATION in January 2020 and holds the position of CEO. Previously, Noah held the role of Executive Vice President at Def Jam Recordings from January 2018 to December 2019, and spent over twelve years at Complex Media, working as Editor-In-Chief and Chief Content Officer from August 2005 to December 2017. Earlier experience includes positions as Senior Editor at Vibe Magazine, Editor-In-Chief at Mass Appeal, and Writer at MTV Networks. Noah's career began with roles in the late 1990s at Stimulated Records and Blaze Magazine, culminating with educational credentials from New York University, where study occurred from 1997 to 2000.
