Callie Dishman is an experienced sound designer currently working at Complexly, contributing to popular educational programs like SciShow and Crash Course since November 2021. Prior experience includes serving as an audio engineer at Synema Studios, where sound design and mixing for various productions were developed, along with managing podcasts and live stream audio. Callie held the position of Vice President at the Webster University Audio Engineering Society, coordinating educational events and overseeing daily operations, as well as serving as Secretary, where record-keeping and event documentation were primary responsibilities. A background in backstage audio was gained at the Shakespeare Festival St. Louis, focusing on the operation and maintenance of audio equipment. Callie Dishman earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Audio Production from Webster University in 2017.
