LaRane Garner serves as the Vice President of People & Culture at Ethico since March 2023, focusing on creating better workplace environments through actionable insights and services that enhance employee engagement and organizational culture. Previously, Garner held roles as Senior Director of People Operations at Porter, where the integration of analytics and care was emphasized within healthcare IT, and as Director of People Operations at The Coddington Group, LLC, providing consulting and talent acquisition for various industries. Prior experience includes managing business administration and people operations at Pulse8, LLC, a healthcare analytics company. Garner is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration with a focus on Quality, Innovation, and Strategy from St. Thomas University, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health and Biology from Salisbury University.
