Prior to starting Complyify, Mitch was the co-founder and CEO of NeoSpire managed hosting which was sold to Hosting.com in late 2011. Before Mitch started NeoSpire, he was involved with the finance and banking of numerous technology companies. Mitch gained extensive experience in leadership, management and web security from his numerous years in the managed hosting space. Mitch earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a Bachelor of Finance degree from Tulane University.
