Mark Rocheleau

Mark Rocheleau, P.E., CFM is a Senior Civil Engineer at Comprehensive Engineering, P.C., beginning in August 2024. Previously, Mark served as Grand Rapids Civil Manager at Paradigm Design from May 2023 to August 2024, where leadership was provided to the Grand Rapids Civil Engineering Department, focusing on innovative design solutions. Additional experience includes roles such as Senior Project Manager at Abonmarche and Project Manager at JVA, Inc., as well as positions ranging from Flood Access Case Manager at Boulder County to Project Engineer at Watermark. Mark's career commenced with a comprehensive internship at Northeast Pump & Instrument and involved hands-on experience in project management and civil engineering. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned in 2011.
