Previous roles include assistant audit manager at CompSource Oklahoma and operations/SOX auditor at Johnson Controls, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance and conducting physical inventory audits. Carl's early career involved performing field audits for the State Insurance Fund and managing audits nationwide for Aaron Rents, Inc. Carl holds multiple bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma and has developed managerial skills through previous roles in production and sales management.
