Daniel Stone is a seasoned professional in research management and real estate consulting, currently serving as Senior Research Manager at CompStak® since April 2019. With a focus on coordinating efforts across multiple teams and offices, Daniel oversees a group of over 10 analysts working on 20+ ongoing projects. Previous roles at CompStak include Senior Research Analyst, responsible for quality assurance of a vast dataset, and Research Analyst, where Daniel engaged in data validation and corporate research within commercial real estate. Prior experience includes work as an Associate Consultant at Marvin F. Poer and Company, modeling property value projections and consulting on acquisitions, as well as roles in product development and marketing. Daniel holds dual Bachelor's degrees in German Studies and Finance from the University of Georgia.
