Enrico Schaefer

Enrico Schaefer is the Founding Attorney, Litigator, and Outside Counsel for Intellectual Property and Technology at TRAVERSE LEGAL, PLC, where complex litigation, intellectual property, internet law, and online media issues have been navigated since 1994. With a diverse portfolio that includes representing clients across 35 countries and all 50 states, Enrico also serves on the Blockchain Advisory Council for CompTIA and operates The NFT Lawyer YouTube channel, which educates viewers on NFT-related legal matters. Previous roles include representing CompTIA as a member of the American National Standards Institute and chairing the Drone Advisory Council. Enrico's early legal career included partnerships at Smith & Johnson, P.C. and as General Counsel for All-One Intranet, Inc. Enrico holds a JD from Michigan State University College of Law and a BA in Political Science from Albion College.
