Penni Beall

Penni Beall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management, customer relations, and operational coordination. Currently serving as the Weights and Measures Coordinator and Vendor Relations Manager at CompuCom since May 2011, Penni oversees certification processes for small scale repairs across all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Prior experience at CompuCom includes roles in Workforce Management and Customer Relationship Management, where responsibilities involved data normalization and maintaining customer relations for Enterprise Help Desk accounts. Penni's early career included management roles at Barnes & Noble and a brief stint as a bookseller at BookStop. Penni holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts with a focus on Merchandising and Marketing from the University of North Texas.
