Eugen Balan

Eugen Balan is a skilled 2D Concept Artist currently employed at Compulsion Games since September 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Storyboard Artist and Animator at Laughing Dragon Studios from December 2018 to September 2019, as well as a Story Artist and Animator at Blind Ferret Studios between June 2018 and September 2019. Eugen's educational background encompasses ongoing studies at Dawson College, and degrees from multiple institutions, including an Attestation in Fine Arts and Design from the State Pedagogical University of Moldova and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from ISAI University in Moldova. Additionally, Eugen's foundational art training includes attending "A. Shchusev" Art School in Moldova from 1990 to 1995.
