Eileen Fagan

Inspired by the global pandemic, Eileen is currently leading innovation practices to enable healthcare transformation at Blue Shield of California.

Prior to that, Eileen led Innovation and Transformational Change at Intuit for more than a decade. She partnered closely with the CEO and Founder of the company to determine what changes were required to adapt to technology and economic shifts and maintain a strategic advantage. Her teams created and delivered programs designed to build needed capabilities companywide including digital transformation of business processes and customer experiences, enabling speed and agility, building talent development capabilities as well as creating a culture of customer obsession, design thinking and experimentation to drive innovation.
