Roxanne Martinez

Roxanne Martinez is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive leadership experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at CSI, Roxanne previously held the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at DentaQuest. Roxanne's career at Liberty Mutual Insurance included several senior vice president positions, overseeing talent acquisition, global consumer/retail markets, and human resources for US commercial operations. Prior roles also include Associate Director of Employee Services and Administration at EMD Serono, Inc. and Strategic Consultant in Human Resources at Allaire. Roxanne holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Brandeis University.
