Shanda Purcell

Shanda Purcell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Open Banking at CSI since January 2011, Shanda leads a team focused on innovative solutions that connect financial institutions with Fintech applications. Previous roles include Director of Business Processes in Product Management and Product Manager for the Customer Relationship Management application at CSI, where Shanda ensured product functionality met customer expectations. As an Independent Business Consultant, Shanda managed daily operations and contributed to strategic planning. Additional experience encompasses teaching technology at St. Joseph Catholic School, managing operations at Lowes, and leadership positions in various consulting and service roles. Shanda holds an MBA and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Murray State University.
