Abisola Oshin is the Head of Legal of CWG Plc. She is a leading legal and information and communications technology expert. Her professional experience cut across over 12 years of legal and corporate practice.
She oversees the company secretarial function of the Group/regional subsidiaries and provides legal, regulatory and strategic advice to the Board, Management and Business Divisions. These range from issues on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, capital markets, OEM engagements, managed services, software services, intellectual property, fintech and data protection.
Prior to joining CWG, Abisola was part of the corporate and commercial team of Streamsowers & Köhn, a leading commercial law firm in Nigeria where she engaged in legal advisory for local and international companies. She also worked in and headed the legal unit of EAN Aviation, a Ground Handling and Fixed Based Operator in the Aviation Industry.
Abisola is a graduate of University of Lagos (BA), Igbinedion University (LLB), Nigerian Law School (BL) and Durham University (LLM, International Trade and Commercial Law). She has attended several leadership training both locally and internationally.
