Harriet Yartey is the Managing Director of CWG Ghana and Group V.P. in charge of CWG’s Regional subsidiaries in Uganda and Cameroon. She is also an Executive Director on the Board of Directors for the Ghana office. Harriet has been instrumental in building and scaling CWG’s businesses successfully across the African regions. She has over 17 years diversified professional experience which includes the 6-years she has been with CWG Plc.
Harriet is noted for her passion for excellence, customer centricity and precision in execution; these can be seen in her being instrumental in turning around the regions’ businesses to achieve market leadership in the areas of enterprise solutions and services, revenue growth and profitability. She is also noted for her extensive management and leadership experience that spans across the three areas of ICT – having worked with a number of premier ICT companies in Ghana.
Prior to joining CWG Plc, she was the General Manager at Channel IT, an IT Distribution company and a Key Account Executive at Vodafone Ghana. She holds a BA Hons from the University of Ghana and an Executive MBA from GIMPA. Harriet has attended several leadership and sales training sessions both locally and internationally.
