Description
This role will be responsible for executing client requirements in provisioning and deployment services with a high focus on asset management and systems access for a multitude of clients. You will focus on multiple client’s requirements of systems access and asset management.
Essential Duties
- Manage asset deployment and redeployment including provisioning of devices at customer’s request.
- Conduct asset inventory cycle counts and investigate the outcomes of those counts, reporting to leaders any discrepancies.
- Install and configure operating systems, software applications, security software and other peripheral applications specific to client needs based on the ticket submitted by the customer through their ticketing system.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40lbs on a daily basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Validate that each image meets the customers’ requirements and internal quality guidelines as provided by the customer.
- Report any discrepancies of hardware/assets/shipments and escalate issues to the appropriate channel/department.
- On-board and off-board hardware and operating systems for client’s new hires and exiting employees.
- Maintain a detailed report of asset transfers and general Inventory management of client assets including an assets life cycle.
- Keep a clean and organized work station up to manufacturer and organization standards.
- Partner with and leverage other departments within the organization to troubleshoot and support client needs within the deployment procedures, including facilitating hardware repairs with the Hardware Repair team as requested by the customer.
- Engage with vendors, customers, and team members with a positive attitude, aligning with the company’s core values.
- Perform other duties as needed and requested by Leadership.
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in ITAM (IT Asset Management)
- 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Relations
- 1+ years experience in Shipping & Receiving
- 1+ years experience in a Warehouse environment
- Attention to detail/detail oriented
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Netsuite or applicable SaaS experience is a plus
