Ann Bowering is a highly experienced professional who has held various leadership roles in the finance and stock exchange industry. With extensive experience in leading companies such as Computershare, National Stock Exchange of Australia, Financial & Energy Exchange, and Lucsan Capital Pty Ltd, Ann has also worked in Transaction Services at KPMG Australia. Bowering holds a B.Com in Accounting & Finance from Monash University and has completed education at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and Australian Institute of Company Directors.
