Frank Madonna

Frank is currently responsible for integrating the recent corporate trust acquisition into THE Computershare environment.

Previously, Frank spent nearly four years as Computershare’s Head of Global Core Operations, ensuring that we consistently deliver high-quality support services to our clients, their shareowners and employee stock plan participants through our global service model. Frank joined Computershare through its acquisition of BNT Mellon’s Shareowner Services business in 2012, where he was heading up operations for Mellon Investor Services (MIS). Prior to that, Frank managed the MIS Investor Care Network, which included multiple call center operations, e-service delivery, and shareholder relations. Frank has more than two decades of successful customer care and BPO expertise, and his professional affiliations include the Direct Marketing Association, J.D. Power & Associates CC Champion, APQC and the Incoming Call Management Institute.
