Bernie Lee has extensive experience in the technology industry. Bernie began their career as a Senior System Engineer at Phonetix Corporation in 1990, where they developed IVR applications and played a key role in the development of a Chinese discrete word voice recognition audiotext system. In 1993, they joined CTT, Inc. as an Architect/Development Lead and was responsible for designing an ICE Contact Center platform that unified multi-channel communications and optimized agent workflow. Bernie then joined Sierra Systems in 2001 as a Technology Director, where they managed several high-budget projects for public and private sector clients and provided strategic consulting services. Finally, Bernie Lee became the VP of Product Engineering at Computer Talk Technology Inc. in 2012, where they handled product engineering responsibilities.
Bernie Lee holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Additionally, Bernie has obtained a certification in Cybersecurity Awareness Training from ESET North America in 2020.
