Jean-Nicolas Robitaille earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer Software Engineering from Concordia University in 2007. Jean-Nicolas then pursued a Master's degree in Project Management at École de technologie supérieure from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in 2016 and as a Professional Scrum Master 1 from Scrum.org in 2011.
