Jennifer Sutcliffe has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jennifer began their career as a Provisioning Manager at ACC in 1993 and then went on to work as a Telecommunications Manager at UUNET. In 1998, Jennifer joined MCI Worldcom as a Senior Manager responsible for Plans and Controls. In 2000, they worked at Itemus Inc as the Director of Wireless Infrastructure Development. From 2001 to 2011, Jennifer held various roles at Bell, including Project Manager, Resource Manager, and Associate Director of the Project Management Office. In 2011, they became the ePMO Manager at Canadian Tire, and in 2012, they joined ComputerTalk Technology, Inc as the Vice President of Operations and Control.

Jennifer Sutcliffe obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Waterloo from 1987 to 1991. Jennifer then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Telecommunications Management from Sheridan College from 1992 to 1993. Prior to their higher education, they attended Renfrew Collegiate from 1982 to 1987. Jennifer Sutcliffe also holds additional certifications in ITIL v3 and Negotiation and Mediation from unspecified institutions.
