Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Computomic since September 2024, Kavita previously held key roles at ThoughtFocus, where responsibilities included Associate Director and Senior Manager in People Strategy, aiding in technological innovation for the Financial Services and Manufacturing sectors. Prior experience includes Manager of Human Resources roles at emids and Casper Technologies, where Kavita led key HR programs, employee engagement initiatives, and managed recruitment processes. Educational qualifications include a PGDBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and earlier studies at Goa University.
