Chris Beasley has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Chris started their career in 2001 at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan, where they held various roles including Sales Incentive and Motivation Lead and Supervisor- Quality/Training/Walk-in. In these positions, they created incentive programs and taught employee engagement initiatives to management staff. In 2008, they joined Accident Fund Insurance Company of America as an Agency Relations Specialist, where they designed and developed the Certified Authority on Workers Compensation (CAWC) designation. Chris later moved to Accident Fund Holdings, Inc. as a Senior Agency Relations Specialist, where they managed agency relations and developed training programs for cross-functional teams. In 2014, they became the Regional Director AFXpress and Small Business at Accident Fund Insurance Company of America, responsible for business development and managing relationships with agencies across multiple states.
Chris Beasley holds a Master's degree in Executive Leadership from Liberty University, which was obtained from 2017 to 2018. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government at Hope College from 1987 to 1991.
