Frode Steinsland is an experienced Lean Manager currently employed at Comrod since June 2023. With a career spanning several roles since 2008 at DSB, Sivilforsvaret as Fig Leder, Frode has also held leadership positions at Skjæveland Gruppen AS and SAR AS, including roles focused on logistics and continuous improvement. Previous experience includes a lengthy tenure at BMI Group, where Frode served in multiple capacities, culminating as Plant Manager and BU Logistics Manager for Nordic and Baltic regions. Frode holds several certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean System Master, and has completed extensive education in Lean methodologies from PMI and the Monier Centre of Operational Performance.
