Josh Firebaugh has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on development and investment. Josh has held various leadership positions at notable companies, including Comstock Companies, Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners, New Boston Fund, AIG Global Real Estate Investment Corp., and Jones Lang LaSalle. In their most recent role as Vice President of Development at Comstock Companies, Josh managed mixed-use real estate development projects at Reston Station, including the Reston Row development. Throughout their career, they have been involved in all aspects of the development process, including acquisition, asset management, underwriting, and project management.
Josh Firebaugh attended Rice University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Architecture. Josh later pursued further education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1997 to 1998 and obtained a Master of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED). In addition to their degrees, in February 2014, Josh Firebaugh obtained a LEED Green Associate certification from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI).
