Dante A. Flood currently serves as the Membership & Operations Coordinator for the Portland Cement Association since October 2023. Additionally, Dante has been with the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) since October 2018, in the role of Associate Membership & Chapter Support, and has held various positions at COMTO National since May 2017, including Executive Assistant to President & CEO April Rai. COMTO is focused on ensuring full access and participation for minorities in the transportation sector through various initiatives. Dante's experience began as a COMTO CITY Intern at First Transit from June 2015 to August 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, earned in April 2018, and a high school diploma from DeMatha Catholic High School, obtained in May 2013.
