With a background in community engagement, program management, and leadership development, Nadji's strategic understanding and experience in road safety, community partnerships, and volunteer coordination make their a valuable asset to organizations Nadji works with. Nadji holds a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from Morgan State University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Russian Studies from Eckerd College.

Our focus is on ensuring access, innovation, and leadership across the industry. COMTO is a non-profit, non-partisan association serving the transportation industry for over 50 years. Today, we have 40 chapters across North America and represent over 3,000 member organizations across multiple transportation sectors. COMTO Member Insights – Webinar series providing a platform for COMTO members to share insights on transportation projects, innovations, policies and industry best practices. COMTO hosts signature events that bring together top transportation professionals, policymakers, and industry leaders. Our National Meeting & Training Conference is a premier gathering for professional development and networking. Events like Celebrating Women Who Move the Nation drive industry engagement through recognition of outstanding leadership.
