Manoranjan (Mao) Mohapatra is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as an Advisor and Member of the Board of Directors, as well as the Chief Executive Officer at Comviva since its rebranding from Bharti Telesoft in November 2007, Manoranjan has significantly contributed to the company’s strategic direction. Prior to this role, from 1992 to 2007, Manoranjan held the position of President and COO at Aricent. Earlier in the career, from July 1984 to July 1992, Manoranjan was a Senior Program Manager at the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT). Manoranjan earned a B.E. (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, between 1978 and 1983.
