Sachin Saraf is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as EVP & Chief Operating Officer at Comviva since February 2023, Sachin previously held the position of Sr Vice President at Tech Mahindra Ltd. from January 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing global business strategy and execution for the Communication Media Entertainment vertical. Prior to this, Sachin spent significant time at Tech Mahindra (Americas) as Customer Delivery Head, managing Tier 1 Telecom Accounts and focusing on account farming, customer satisfaction, and P&L. Earlier roles include Customer Delivery Manager at DDE ORG Systems and positions as Senior System Engineer and System Engineer at International Data Management. Sachin holds a degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, earned between 1986 and 1990.
