Prior to this role, Andre managed the Tampa branch of Siemens Building Technologies from 1997 to 2001 and the Jackson branch of Johnson Controls from 1994 to 1997, focusing on profit and loss responsibilities and overseeing services related to energy management systems and mechanical services. Andre holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University and has further education from Cornell University.
