Marcus Kaiser completed their education at two different institutions. From 1998 to 2000, they attended Honeywell AG, where they earned a degree in Industriekaufmann. Following this, they enrolled at Goethe University Frankfurt from 2004 to 2007, obtaining a degree in Ökonom with a specialization in Marketing und Vertrieb.
