Charlie Booth is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. As the Founder and Managing Member of DimensionIV since September 2011, Charlie specializes in growth capital and transaction advisory for early-stage and growth companies. In addition to this, Charlie currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at multiple organizations, including Conceal, Hive Pro, and previously at Cybrary and Boldend, focusing on innovative cybersecurity solutions and threat management. Prior roles include significant contributions as Chief Financial Officer at GasBuddy and Oil Price Information Service, and Vice President at MCG Capital, where substantial investments were executed in multiple sectors. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
