Jim Talalai leads Concentra’s Information Services team and is responsible for the organization’s information-sharing capabilities and technology infrastructure. With extensive experience in operations, systems and strategy, Jim ensures Concentra’s patients, customers and colleagues benefit from comprehensive and secure information platforms and services.
Before joining Concentra, Jim served in key leadership roles during his 18-year tenure at Select Medical, including Director of Information Services, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Select Medical, Jim was Director of Information Technology for Horizon/CMS Healthcare, served in information technology positions at Continental Medical Systems, and held development positions with PHICO Insurance Company and with Harrisburg HealthCare.
Jim earned his undergraduate degree in business administration-management science from Shippensburg University and his master’s degree in management information systems from Penn State University.
