Bob Rubano

Bob Rubano has over three decades of experience in information technology and operations leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology Operations at Concentrix since March 2015, Bob manages the effective operation within various business units following a major merger with Convergys. Prior to this, Bob held senior management roles in system engineering at Convergys, leading a team supporting extensive hosted server operations, and contributed as Studio Lead for DevOps at The Walt Disney Company. Bob's career also includes serving as the Director of Information Technology at ZHA Incorporated and the Executive Vice President at Benchmark Telecommunication. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, completed in 2014, and also obtained a BSEE from the same university in 1978.
