Jacob Alamilla Ocampo

Jacob Alamilla Ocampo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in AI solutions, project management, and software development. As the Head of AI Solutions and Innovation at Concentrix from February 2022 to June 2024, Jacob defined the AI roadmap for global adoption, resulting in cost savings of $2M annually. Previous roles included Lead Product Manager, where Jacob managed the development of AI capabilities for a Contact Center as a Service platform and implemented observability solutions across distributed services. Jacob's background also includes significant experience as a Release Train Engineer and Scrum Master at Accenture, a Project Manager Officer at BW Meill, and a Developer/Product Owner at Federal Mogul. Jacob holds a Master's degree in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming from Universidad Tecnológica de México.
