Kimberly Williams

Kimberly Williams is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, client services, and account management within the telecommunications and entertainment industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations, Account Management & Client Partnership at Concentrix since October 2018, Kimberly oversees operations and strategic planning for the company’s largest portfolio. Prior experience at Convergys includes roles as Vice President and Sr. Director, where responsibilities encompassed global operations, client relationship management, and business growth for complex telecommunications verticals. Kimberly obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis between 1983 and 1987.
